Background and Market Information

2008 China (Guangzhou) Machinery Equipment & Advanced Manufacturing Technology Summit Forum

Procedures for Joining the Exhibition                                   

n          All exhibitors should complete the application form at the end of this document and mail it or fax it to us before November the 20th, 2008.

n          Receiving the application form, we will send back a participant confirmation with a participation guidance explaining the detail arrangements in details for booth sites, transportation, layouts and fireproof.

n          All exhibitors are required to pay a 50% deposit to secure their booking within two weeks. The balance should be paid before November the 20th, 2008. But no refund will be available for mid-way disclaimers.

n          Exhibitors who apply for advertising in the official catalog or advertising of any other kind at the expo should mail or directly send all the relevant data to our office as soon as possible

n          Exhibitors who wish to hold technical seminars should contact the organization office for further details
